- Nationwide deliveries within Pakistan through third-party courier or logistics partners

3. Shipping Methods
We offer different shipping methods based on the order type:
- Local Delivery:
Handled by our in-house delivery team for Naushera and nearby towns.
- Outstation / Nationwide Delivery:
Handled through trusted third-party logistics companies for safe transport of heavy marble products and plumbing materials.
- Pickup Option:
Customers may also pick up their orders directly from our store at Nissal Plaza, Uchali Road, Naushera.

5. Shipping Charges
- Local Deliveries: Free for orders above PKR 50,000 within Naushera; otherwise, a nominal fee applies.
- Outstation Deliveries: Charges are based on weight, size, and distance, calculated at checkout or provided via quotation.
- Pickup Orders: No shipping charges apply.
6. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation.
- For custom marble cuts or special designs, production begins after final design approval and upfront payment.
- Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation call or message with delivery details.
7. Packaging & Handling
- Marble and fragile items are carefully packed with protective materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Large orders may be shipped on pallets or wooden crates for added safety.
- Plumbing products are securely sealed to avoid leakage or breakage.
8. Delivery Inspection
Upon receiving your order:
- Inspect the packaging before signing the delivery slip.
- If there is visible damage, take photos immediately and report it to us within 24 hours.
- For incorrect or defective items, refer to our Refund and Return Policy.

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by factors beyond our control, including:
